After you register, we need to confirm that you wish to proceed with the registration. You will receive an email with an activation code and instructions for confirming your registration. After you confirm your registration, you will receive your password.

QUESTION: I have received my activation code. Where should it be entered?

You don’t need to enter the activation code anywhere. Just click on the url in the confirmation email to confirm your registration.

QUESTION: I have tried to activate my registration but I receive a message saying that the specified e-mail is not present in the database. What does this mean?

Check the URL where you are trying to activate your registration - it should be the same as in your confirmation email. If you still can’t activate your registration, contact Technical Support.

QUESTION: I have tried to activate my registration but I receive a message saying that this user account is already activated. What should I do?

This message means that your registration has already been confirmed; there is nothing else you need to do. Check your in-box for an email containing your password.

QUESTION: I have confirmed my registration but I haven’t received my password.

If you have not received your password within 30 minutes of confirming your registration, please request that your password be re-sent.

QUESTION: I have received the email with the password, but after entering it I receive a message saying it is incorrect. What is happening?

Please make sure that you have correctly entered the password – it is case-sensitive and requires the appropriate keyboard layout. Make sure you are not mixing up the characters “1” and “l”, “0” and “O” and so on.

On the system logon page, enter your e-mail and password and click "Login".
