Статья 10 Закона об экстрадиции гласит, что органом, отвечающим за принятие и рассмотрение запросов об экстрадиции, является министерство иностранных дел Китайской Народной Республики и что запрос об экстрадиции от запрашивающего государства должен быть направлен именно в указанное министерство.
